1. When will my order ship?
Please allow 48-72 Hours for your order to ship, While we do Strive for Same day shipping sometimes the volume of orders can put us a bit behind. (Shipping times may extend during Release nights & Holiday sales events.) Once you receive your Shipping confirmation email, Please allow 24 Hours for USPS to update with tracking info.
2. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges?
Our Products are an affordable way to enjoy Luxury Scents without the price tag & yucky harmful extras. It is for that reason that we cannot provide any Refunds, Returns or Exchanges of any kind for any reason. All Sales are final. If product is damaged due to manufacturing error please reach out to PositivelyScented@Gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. If a refund is possible due to a defect, we may require the items shipped back within 7 days before a refund can be issued. Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, flaws and variations are expected. Shipping is not subject to refund.
3. Are all of your products truly Hand Poured & Hand Made?
Yes! All of our Melts are Hand Poured in small batches to ensure you get the best quality melts possible. Due to its Handmade nature, Colors & Designs may vary slightly from Batch to Batch. Our Linen Sprays & Bath Products are also handmade in small batches with lots of love.
4. Can I eat this stuff?
I know, They smell sooo good! It's tempting! But, Seriously please don't. We're pretty sure they don't taste as good as they smell.
5. Where is Positively Scented Located?
We're based out of sunny Central Florida! Jelly, huh? Don't be! We have 1 Season all year round, HOT.
6.Who's Behind it all?
We're a Small Family Owned Business! There's me, The one who runs the show & the one behind all the amazing Scents & Products you see here. There's also my amazing husband who has been able to assist me from time to time when I've needed help. I also have other family members who act as my testers and collaborate ideas with.
7. Who do we Advocate for?
Everyone. We Support, Love & Advocate for Mental Health, Our Troops & Veterans, The amazing LGBTQ Community, & the list goes on. Join the PSH Community, become a part of the Pro-Love family. Were currently working on building a Facebook Group for all of our customers who would love to join a safe place where we share Love, Laughter, Kindness, Words of encouragement & Friendships to motivate & uplift each other.
